Information for Tenants
Every tenant has different needs. We recognise this and all the team are equipped to assist tenants find properties to rent that will meet their criteria in and around the North East Worcestershire area. We have affiliations with firms of business advisers, solicitors, accountants, insurance brokers, financial advisers, telecommunications, IT specialists and even removal companies to help with every aspect of moving premises or starting a new business.
Search for a property on our website, if you are unable to find a suitable property please either register via the link above or call our office directly. Once you have seen a property you would like to visit, contact our office to arrange a convenient appointment. A team member will always accompany you to a viewing. They will be able to answer any questions or offer advice if needed.
After a property is selected, a written application and offer to lease has to be completed by you. It is normal practice to require a reservation fee on application. Obviously it will be refunded if the landlord declines the application. However, if after application the tenant changes their mind and decides not to continue for any reason or if it fails due to inaccurate or incomplete information, it will not be refunded.
We will have to provide the landlord with references and a credit check.
Normally the rental quoted is based on annual rent.
A deposit equal to three months' rent will be requested prior to occupation to cover loss or damage to the property above and beyond normal wear and tear. We remain professional and impartial when assessing deductions if justified.
