Information can be provided on dedicated building and contents insurance designed specifically for the Landlord. It is important to note that existing policies may be invalid if renting you property out.
A tenant also needs protection. This is now your new home and you are at risk from fire, theft and malicious damage and you are also responsible for the landlords property under the tenancy agreement. You may also a have specific goods that are important to you and of high value.
