Our flexible and longer working hours are essential. Many of our viewings and market appraisals are carried out on evenings after work, Saturdays and Sundays. We endeavour to always have a representative available.

We use the local press together with some of the more regional tabloids and lifestyle magazines as and when required.

As primitive as it may be signboards make people look…especially if they see something new! In order to keep the image fresh we evolve our signboards but aim to keep them as least imposing as possible with a clean and professional image.

Every property, regardless of price, features colour floorplans (3D if requested), numerous wide angle SLR photographs and full colour glossy brochures. Whilst we aim to minimise disruption by collecting all we need in one visit we will happily re-visit your property if required even for a sunnier day! Also available for the more discerning vendor are 360 degree virtual tours, aerial views and professional photographer.

We are very pro-active with Open House events especially when a property receives high levels of interest in a short time frame. It streamlines the viewing process and promotes offers from prospective buyers. In many instances we have seen properties go for more than the guide price even in periods of property downturn.
Innovative Modern Offices
Our Town centre based office in the heart of the Church Green is right opposite the pretty band stand. We have broken the traditional estate agent presence on the high street by utilising 40’’ High resolution LCD screens to showcase all of our properties 24/7 with internal shots, floor plans and live price changes. Internally they provide an innovative but warm reception. Rather than overwhelm visitors with out-of-date wall mounted details we prefer a more personable one-to-one experience.
We have been letting and managing property throughout Redditch, Bromsgrove, South Birmingham and all surrounding areas for over 10 years. Our experienced and pro-active Lettings department looks after around 1000 properties on behalf of our clients some living locally and other areas of the UK and some overseas. We benefit from an active tenant database coupled with strict professional referencing. We provide 12 months eviction cover as standard with every new tenant and rent guarantee options available if required.
Dedicated residential lettings management software enables to keep live updates of all legislation including comprehensive legal tenancy agreement, inventories and schedules of condition together with ensuring annual safety certificates are up to date, pro-active management of renewals to ensure void periods are kept to a minimum, periodic management visits with reports, rent chased daily and paid by BACS with statements emailed immediately, check outs and managing dilapidations and deposit disputes together with the daily maintenance management of all our managed properties.
In-house independent mortgage consultants with private meeting rooms on the first floor providing a comfortable private space to discuss confidential information away from the sales area on the ground floor. They aim to confirm buyers and vendors are best placed to move even if it is to confirm their current offer is the correct one.
London Office & National Homes Network
The National Homes Network is a grouping of specially selected and approved independent estate agents in the British Isles, collectively approaching 250 offices throughout the UK and with additional associated offices overseas including Southern Ireland, USA, Spain, New Zealand and Australia. Along with its credibility it provides a unique option to utilise a London office near to the Marble Arch. Margaret Dunlea is our representative in the capital who helps deal with any interest moving to the Worcestershire area.
We try and support any local or national charity or organisation where possible even if it only small donation. The village of Feckenham won a grant from the lottery to help build a non-profit making village shop. We have supported this for some years and have a property display board outside providing a place for village properties to be showcased too.
